Step 1: Preparing a set of Hiring Documents
We will require you to produce following documents concerning the requirement after deal & agreement is reached regarding the terms and conditions. Following a set of documents must be attest from respective country Chamber of Commerce & Industry & Nepal embassy and it should be mailed to our official address via courier.
#Power of Attorney
Once we receive the attested papers, we will submit to Labor Department for pre-permission.
Step 2: Advertisement, Pre-Screening & Selecting Potential Candidates
As per recruitment rules of Nepal, pre permission letter must be published in any daily newspapers to souring for potential candidates. Suitable candidates are interviewed and pre scanned by our Recruitment team. Only the short listed candidates are called for final interview. CV’s of these candidates are sent for final selection to the employee.
Step 3: Final Interview
Company Representative visit to our agency to conduct final selection of short-listed applicants for the pre-determined schedule. After the interview, selection list of candidates will be published in our notice board.
Step 4: Medical Test
Selected candidates are informed to do the medical test in the government approved medical center and reports are collected in office to do their further visa process.
Step 5: Visa process
Advanced management group will forward selected and medical fit candidates to the client for their visa processing. The process of obtaining visa and time vary from country to country.
Step 6: Pre-Departure
Visa issued candidates are called for attending Orientation Class and inform them to be ready for departure. Necessary documents of candidates are submitted to labor department for final approval for the departure. After getting final approval, we will inform candidates for their flight date.
Step 7: Travelling & Departure
Prior of Flight, candidates are called for collecting airport clearance papers. Respective company will be noticed about the deployment of candidates by email/Phone.
